CocoaHeads Boston is a monthly meetup of Mac and iOS developers.  We meet on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM.

Next Meeting
Our next regular meeting is Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 7:00 PM in Room 325 of Building E51 (Tang Center) at MIT

We have three great topics lined up this month:
  • Brianna Wu will be speaking on women in technology.  Brianna leads Giant Spacekat, a Boston-based game development company.  They’ve just released Revolution 60 <http://www.revolution60.com>.  Brianna also co-hosts the Isometric podcast on 5by5 <http://5by5.tv/isometric>.
  • Chase Oliver will give a demo of a Chill, a social app he’s working on.  He’s very interested in feedback.  More info at <http://chillapp.us>.
  • Kanti Chakrabarti of Kwicr will demo and discuss their "SDK that puts an end to packet loss, eliminating buffering and latency.”  More info at <http://www.kwicr.com>.
After our meetings, we walk to the Cambridge Brewing Company for dinner, drinks, and conversation. Parking is free in the Hayward Street lot at night when our meetings are held.

Notes from Prior Meetings
Although the group has been active for many years, this site is relatively new. Therefore, our meeting notes start with the April 2013 meeting.
We have a low-volume mailing list where we post meeting reminders and stay in touch between meetings. We are also on Twitter as @cocoaboston.
